Welcome to The Caribbean Club website. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern The Caribbean Club's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

Caribbean Club Hotel Policies

We want to make sure our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience while staying at our luxury boutique hotel.

In order to ensure this, we kindly ask that you follow these terms and conditions:

Cancellations/Deposits:


1. Cancellations or any reservation changes (dates, number of people) must be made via email to reservations@caribclub.com
2. Deposits are bound to confirmed travel dates and are non-transferable or refundable within the number of days outlined in your confirmation form days of arrival.
3.  To receive a full refund of your deposit minus a 6% processing fee, you may cancel your reservation:

     - 30 days prior to arrival for Dates booked between April 1st - November 22nd and December 1st to December 20th

     - 60 days prior to arrival for Dates booked between November 23rd to November 30th and January 5th to March 31st

​

     - 120 days prior to arrival for Dates booked between December 21st to January 4th

4. No-show will result in full forfeit of the deposit
5. The remaining balance will be charged at the time of check-in.​

Reservation Policies
 

Confirmed Reservations: Your reservation is deemed confirmed after our receipt of this signed confirmation and payment of the booking deposit.
 

Confirmed Guests: Your reservation is made for the number of guests listed, should there be additional guests (including children/babies) we require that you inform us when booking.
Your reservation is subject to additional charges or cancellation if you occupy your suite with more guests than confirmed when booked.

 

Property Inspection: Upon check-in to your suite, please inspect the property.
Notify our office immediately of any maintenance items that arise during your stay.

 

Property Damage: You are responsible for damages to the suite caused by you or your guests.
You will be liable for any charges, and the credit card on file will be charged.


Sales and Unavailability: The Caribbean Club reserves the right to move your reservation to another unit if the one you have requested becomes unavailable.
 

Pets: No pets are not allowed on property.


Parties: No parties, weddings, etc. allowed on property without prior written consent. We ask that all guests be considerate while at the pool or on their patios and keep noise to a minimum.
 

Parking: Limit of (1) vehicle at the Caribbean Club per villa or suite. Underground parking is available
and access is available via all elevators located on property.

 

Non-Smoking Property: Your rental is designated non-smoking and if there is any evidence of smoking, you will be charged a fee starting at US$1,000 for cleaning.
 

Excessive Cleaning: If required after your departure, will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour and will be charged to your credit card.

 

Pool Area: no glass items are allowed in the proximity of the pool, including glass bottles and glasses.
